We will look at Jovian/Jupiter personality types and the warm, moist qualities of their constitutional state, the conditions they are prone to & herbs that can balance these Sanguine Temperments.

Spend time getting to know ourselves and others through how we express the make up of the 4 main Elements of Earth, Water, Fire & Air & identify which herbal strategies, plant preparations etc can help keep balance and address any pathological tendencies.

​

The Elements form the basis of the understanding of Constitutional types & Temperaments of all Medicine Traditions. Drawing mainly on examples from Ayurveda, Humoral Medicine & Medical Astrology as well as other Traditions, we will identify core constitutions, what conditions they have more tendency to present with and herbal therapeutic strategies to redress balance.

Feel free to offer yourself as a case history or those of family and friends with their permission (all cases discussed are confidential). It is advisable to have attended previous tutorials with Maureen or other Herbal teachers to get the best out of these sessions.

Cost to include tutorials, herb tea tasting and any medicine making materials to take home 35 euros or 90 euros if booking a block of 3 days.
