Olive Oil Experience

 

The Herbal Path finds the Garden of Eden around Vale de Gouvinhas, in an incredibly fertile valley in the Tras Os Montes. Grapes, figs, olives, cabbages of all kinds, persimmons, oranges and lemons and olives trees literally as far as the eye can see. Paradise in North Portugal.

We were honored to have had the opportunity of being involved in the whole process from begining to end of harvesting olives and taking them right through the pressing process to produce the highest quality, most aromatic organic extra virgin olive oil we have ever tasted!
